透灸对腰椎间盘突出症患者经络状态的影响OA

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Toujiu(moxibustion of deep heat penetration)in treatment of lumbar disc herni-ation and to analyze its impact on changes in meridian status.Methods:Sixty-three patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly assigned using a random number table to the Toujiu group(30 cases,2 excluded)and the control group(30 cases,1 lost to follow-up).The Toujiu group received acupuncture combined with Toujiu treatment,while the control group received acupuncture combined with specific electromagnetic wave therapy.Pain visual analogue scale(VAS),Japanese Orthopaedic Association lower back function e-valuation(JOA),and specific reaction at acupoints(meridian imbalance value)were compared between the two groups before treat-ment,at 2 weeks,and at 4 weeks after treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was also analyzed.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the Toujiu group was93.33%,higher than80.00%in the control group(P<0.05);after2 and4 weeks of treat-ment,both groups' VAS scores decreased compared to before treatment,and JOA scores increased compared to before treatment,with more significant improvement in the Toujiu group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in meridian imbalance values between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the meridian imbalance values of both groups decreased,with the Toujiu group showing better improvement than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Toujiu treatment for lumbar disc herniation is clini-cally more effective than acupuncture combined with specific electromagnetic wave therapy,can effectively improve patient symptoms and relieve pain,providing a better treatment option for lumbar disc herniation.
