溢洪道水流流场模拟及掺气减蚀研究OA
Simulation of Water Flow Field and Study on Aeration for Cavitation Erosion Mitigation in Spillway
泄水建筑物在运行过程中发生空化、空蚀的可能性高,不利于结构安全稳定.为探究溢洪道空化空蚀的减控措施和结果,以某水电站工程为例,应用水工模型对溢洪道掺气水流流场展开模拟,并对掺气减蚀方案及效果进行详述.结果表明,按照推荐方案(方案3)增设坎槽式掺气设施后,泄槽水流空腔面积增大,空腔稳定性提高,有利于减轻空化空蚀对底板的破坏,起到较好的保护作用.
The probability of cavitation and erosion occurring during the operation of discharge structures is high,which is unfavorable for structural safety and stability.To explore the measures and their effectiveness of mitigating cavitation and erosion in spillways,hydraulic models were adopted to simulate the flow field of the aerated water flow in the spillway of a hydropower station project,and the scheme and effect of aerated erosion reduction were described in detail.The results show that,after adding the groove type aeration facilities according to the recommended scheme(Scheme 3),the water flow cavity area of the discharge groove increases,and the stability of the cavity is improved,that is conducive to mitigating the damage to the bottom plate caused by cavitation erosion and provides a better protective effect.
