新安江模型在蒲石河抽水蓄能电站入库洪水预报中的应用OA
Application of Xin'anjiang Model in Inflow Flood Forecasting for the Pushi River Pumped Storage Power Station
基于2020-2024年场次洪水资料,利用新安江模型构建蒲石河抽水蓄能电站入库洪水预报方案,采用SCE-UA算法率定水文模型参数,并检验预报方案的精度.结果表明,场次洪水预报的确定性系数均值为0.90,洪峰流量计算合格率100%,径流深计算合格率83.3%,预报方案精度达到乙等水平,说明新安江模型能够较准确地反映出洪水演变过程,具有较好的适用性,可为蒲石河抽水蓄能电站入库洪水预报提供技术参考.
Based on the flood data of the basin from 2020 to 2024,an inflow flood forecasting scheme for Pushi River Pumped Storage Power Station was constructed using the Xin'anjiang model.The SCE-UA algorithm was employed to calibrate the parameters of the hydrological model,and the accuracy of the forecasting scheme was verified.Results show that the mean deterministic coefficient of the flood event forecasting is 0.90,the qualified rate of peak discharge calculation is 100%,and the qualified rate of runoff depth calculation is 83.3%.The accuracy of the forecasting scheme reaches the grade B level,indicating that the Xin'anjiang model can accurately reflect the flood evolution process and has good applicability.The proposed forecasting scheme can provide technical reference for the inflow flood forecasting of Pushi River Pumped Storage Power Station.
