The storms from late July to early October in 2021 caused a certain degree of damage to the Yiyang section of the Luo River.To address the potential risks of the rubber dams and bank slopes and alleviate public's sense of insecurity,urgent restoration measures should be implemented for the flood-damaged infrastructure in the urban section of Luohe River.Based on the project scale and standards,and in combination with the current status and existing problems of the flood damage restoration project of the Luohe River in Yiyang County urban area,this article mainly elaborates on the restoration schemes for the apron and diverting wall of the Gantang Rubber Dam,and the restoration plans for the steep slope section,the stilling pool and the apron of the No.3 rubber dam,as well as the downstream slope protection.
