To lay a solid foundation for the construction of the Bahe River National Urban Wetland Park in Nanyang City,with water ecological landscape as the main consideration and taking into account the navigation of boats,the demolition and rebuilding of the third-stage rubber dam on the Baihe River will be carried out,and the dredging of the river channel will be implemented.The main tasks of the project are to enhance the flood discharge capacity of the river,improve the water ecological landscape,take into account the comprehensive utilization such as navigation and other purposes,and also improve the transportation condition on both banks of the Baihe River.Based on the engineering status and construction requirements,through the analysis of the calculation data,this article analyzes and elaborates on the design schemes for the reconstruction of the third-stage rubber dam on the Baihe Rive and the water supply and drainage system in Nanyang City.
