水库作为流域防洪的关键工程,汛期其防汛调度和应急抢险能力面临严峻考验.燕山水库作为沙颍河支流澧河上游的骨干防洪工程,对保障下游漯河市等重要城市及京广铁路等国家基础设施的安全具有不可替代的作用.为提升燕山水库防汛应急处置能力,基于水库工程特性、水文规律及历史灾害数据,系统分析防汛调度现状与优化路径,以构建科学完善的防汛调度体系.
As critical infrastructure for river basin flood management,reservoirs face severe challenges in their flood control operations and emergency rescue capabilities during the flood season.Yanshan Reservoir,as the key flood control project in the upper reaches of the Lihe River,a tributary of the Shaying River,plays an irreplaceable role in ensuring the safety of important cities such as Luohe City downstream and national infrastructure like the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway.To enhance the emergency response capabilities for flood prevention at Yanshan Reservoir,based on the reservoir's engineering characteristics,hydrological patterns,and historical flood data,a systematic analysis was conducted on the current flood control operation and the optimization path,aiming to establish a scientific and complete flood control operation system.
