基于TAMamba-BiGRU的晶闸管变流器换相失败诊断方法OA
Thyristor Converter Commutation Failure Diagnosis Method Based on TAMamba-BiGRU
针对晶闸管变流器在强噪声干扰下换相失败特征易被淹没,导致诊断准确率下降的问题,提出融合时间感知曼巴与双向门控循环单元(integrating time aware Mamba and bidirectional gated recurrent unit,TAMamba-BiGRU)晶闸管变流器换相失败诊断模型.首先,通过格拉姆角差场(Gramian angular difference field,GADF)将一维数据转换为二维特征图.然后构建双支路结构:一维支路的数据通过线性升维形成高维序列,二维支路的数据采用残差网络(residual network,ResNet)提取图像特征并进一步转换为序列表示.2 个支路序列通过交叉注意力融合,输入TAMamba 模块捕捉长序列依赖与快速动态变化,并由 BiGRU 进一步进行双向时序细化.最终,输出的特征通过全连接层实现换相失败故障分类.结果表明,在 2dB 信噪比的强噪声干扰下 TAMamba-BiGRU 模型诊断准确率仍保持 91.52%.该模型能有效应用于晶闸管变流器换相失败诊断领域.
To address the problem that commutation failure features of thyristor converters were easily submerged under strong noise interference,leading to degraded diagnostic accuracy,a thyristor converter commutation failure diagnosis model integrating time aware Mamba and bidirectional gated recurrent unit(TAMamba-BiGRU)was proposed.Firstly,one-dimensional data was transformed into two-dimensional feature image using the Gramian angular difference field(GADF).Subsequently,a dual-branch architecture was constructed:the data in the one-dimensional branch were linearly projected to a higher-dimensional space to form high-dimensional sequences,while image features were extracted by a residual network(ResNet)in the two-dimensional branch and further transformed into sequence representations.The two sequences were fused through cross attention and fed into TAMamba module to capture long-range sequence dependencies and rapid dynamic variations,followed by further bidirectional temporal refinement using the BiGRU.Finally,the output features were fed into a fully connected layer to achieve commutation failure fault classification.The results demonstrated that a diagnostic accuracy of 91.52%was still achieved by the TAMamba-BiGRU model under a strong noise condition with a signal-to-noise ratio of 2dB.The model was shown to be effective for commutation failure diagnosis in thyristor converters.
