为探究富硒苹果园树体对土壤硒的消耗情况,以河北省6个典型苹果园为研究对象,分析其土壤硒含量、土壤有机质、pH值及果实硒含量等指标,以明确富硒苹果园土壤特征及其对果实硒积累的影响.结果表明,保定市顺平县苹果园为富硒土壤,其硒含量为0.484 mg/kg,达到富硒土壤标准,其果实硒含量(57.92 μg/kg)与土壤有效硒呈极显著正相关(r=0.840**).土壤硒含量与有机质、速效钾和速效磷显著正相关(r=0.531**、0.446**、0.338**),与pH值呈显著负相关(r=-0.283*).苹果根系水平方向土壤硒含量、有机质及速效磷均随离主干距离的增加而递减,速效钾及pH值变化趋势与其相反;垂直方向上,各指标随土层深度的增加呈下降趋势.

In order to explore the consumption of soil selenium in selenium-rich apple orchards,six typical apple orchards were used as the research objects in Hebei Province,and the soil selenium content,soil organic matter,pH value,and selenium content in fruits were analyzed,so as to clarify the soil characteristics of selenium-rich apple orchards and their impacts on the selenium accumulation in fruits.The results showed that:The soil in apple orchard of Shunping County,Baoding City was selenium-enriched,with a selenium content of 0.484 mg/kg,which met the standard of selenium-rich soil.There was an extremely significant positive correlation(r=0.840**)between the selenium content in its fruits(57.92 μg/kg)and the available selenium in the soil.The soil selenium content had significantly positive correlation with organic matter,available potassium,and available phosphorus(r=0.531**,0.446**,0.338**),and had significantly negative correlated with the pH value(r=-0.283*).In the horizontal direction of the apple root system,the soil selenium content,organic matter,and available phosphorus all decreased with the increase of the distance from the main trunk,while the changing trends of available potassium and pH value were opposite to them;in the vertical direction,each indicator showed a decreasing trend with the increase of the soil layer depth.
