不同波长光和温度对花绒寄甲产卵量及保幼激素Ⅲ的影响OA
The effects of different wavelengths of light and temperature on the oviposition quantity and juvenile hormone Ⅲ levels of Dastarcus helophoroides Fairmaire
花绒寄甲是林木蛀干害虫的重要天敌昆虫.本研究旨在探究不同波长光及不同温度下花绒寄甲雌虫的产卵量及体内保幼激素Ⅲ滴度的变化,以期为天敌昆虫室内繁殖提供理论基础.本试验在365、780 nm、白光光谱和10、28、35 ℃条件下测试其产卵量及体内保幼激素Ⅲ(JH Ⅲ)滴度变化.结果表明:(1)在不同波长光处理组中,花绒寄甲雌虫在红光780 nm下的产卵量最高,显著高于紫外光365 nm和白光条件,不同波长光处理下产卵量随时间动态变化差异显著.(2)在温度处理组中,10 ℃时花绒寄甲雌虫平均产卵量极低,仅为0.1±0.05粒;28 ℃时平均产卵量最高(145.37±8.35);随着处理时间的延长,其产卵量逐渐升高,并在20 d后趋于平缓;35 ℃处理下,雌虫产卵量随着处理时间的延长而逐渐下降.(3)光照处理组JH Ⅲ滴度不具有显著差异,不同温度组之间差异显著(P<0.05),且温度处理组的JH Ⅲ随时间延长显著降低.
Dastarcus helophoroides Fairmaire is an important natural enemy of wood-boring pests in forests.This study aims to investigate the changes in the egg-laying quantity and juvenile hormone Ⅲ titer in female D.helophoroides under different wavelengths of light and temperatures,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the indoor breeding of natural enemy insects.The experiment tested the egg-laying quantity and the changes in juvenile hormone Ⅲ titer(JH Ⅲ)within the body under conditions of 365 nm and 780 nm of white light spectrum,and temperatures of 10℃,28℃,and 35℃.The results showed that:(1)In different wavelength light processing groups,the egg-laying quantity of female D.helophoroides was the highest under red light 780 nm,significantly higher than that under ultraviolet light 365 nm and white light conditions.The dynamic changes in egg-laying quantity over time under different wavelengths of light were significantly different.(2)In the temperature treatment group,the average egg-laying quantity of female D.helophoroides was extremely low at 10℃,only 0.1±0.05 eggs;the highest average egg-laying quantity was found at 28℃(145.37±8.35).With the extension of the treatment time,the egg-laying quantity gradually increased and tended to stabilize after 20 days.Under 35℃ treatment,the egg-laying quantity of female insects gradually decreased with the extension of the treatment time.(3)There was no significant difference in JH Ⅲ titer among the light treatment groups,but there was a significant difference among the temperature treatment groups(P<0.05),and the JH Ⅲ titer in the temperature treatment groups decreased significantly with the extension of the treatment time.
