河北省太行山区实生核桃果实性状综合评价及优株筛选OA

以河北省太行山区的60份具有特异性状的核桃实生树作为试验材料,对青果和坚果的16个性状进行多样性和相关性分析.采用主成分分析、聚类分析以及隶属函数法对核桃优株进行了综合评价,旨在为河北省太行山区核桃种质资源的创新和品种选育提供科学依据.结果表明,60份核桃资源的16个数量性状表现出极为显著的变异水平,变异系数介于4.11%~37.98%之间.核桃果实性状指标评价可简化为5个主成分,累积方差贡献率80.602%.在欧式距离为6的情况下,60份核桃种质被划分为4个不同的类群,第1类群为表现较为一般的核桃种质资源;第2类群为三径小、质量轻的小核桃;第3类群为果形指数大,果形长的核桃;第4类群为三径大、质量重、脂肪含量低,总蛋白含量高的核桃.基于核桃优株的综合得分,筛选出的涞源2号、涉县6号、涞源1号、涉县14号、涞源4号等优异单株.综上,所研究的60份核桃种质资源具有较大的遗传变异和较高的遗传多样性,可分成4个类群,筛选出了 5株表现优异的单株,可为太行山地区核桃的栽培工作提供有价值的参考.

Sixty walnut trees with specific traits from the Taihang Mountain area in Hebei Province were used as experimental materials.Diversity and correlation analysis were conducted on 16 phenotypic traits of walnut.The principal component analysis,cluster analysis,and fuzzy membership function methods were adopted to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the superior walnut germplasm,with the goal of providing a scientific foundation for the innovation and breeding of walnut germplasm resources in the Taihang Mountain area.The results showed that the 16 quantitative traits of the 60 walnut resources exhibited highly significant variation levels,with variation coefficients ranging from 4.11%to 37.98%.The evaluation of walnut fruit traits indicators could be simplified into 5 principal components,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 80.602%.With a Euclidean distance of 6,the 60 walnut germplasms were divided into four different clusters:Cluster 1 consisted of walnut germplasm resources with more average performance;Cluster 2 consisted of small walnuts with small dimensions and light weight;Cluster 3 consisted of walnuts with a large fruit shape index and elongated fruit shape;Cluster 4 consisted of walnuts with large dimensions,heavy nut weight,low fat content,and high total protein content.Based on the comprehensive scores of the elite walnut trees,outstanding individuals such as Laiyuan No.2,Shexian No.6,Laiyuan No.1,Shexian No.14,and Laiyuan No.4 were selected.In summary,the 60 walnut germplasm resources showed a large amount of genetic variation and high genetic diversity,which can be divided into four clusters,and five superior strains were selected.This can provide valuable references for the cultivation of walnuts in the Taihang Mountain area.
