双硫死亡是近年来发现的一种新型细胞程序性死亡方式,其机制是细胞内二硫键积累所引发的细胞骨架损伤和程序性死亡.研究表明,双硫死亡与氧化应激、代谢紊乱及蛋白质稳态失衡密切相关,在多种疾病中发挥重要作用.慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)是一种以持续性气流受限和慢性炎症为特征的呼吸系统疾病,其发病机制涉及氧化应激增强、蛋白酶-抗蛋白酶失衡及细胞死亡异常,导致肺泡结构破坏和肺功能进行性下降.COPD的氧化应激微环境与双硫死亡发生条件部分重叠,且其肺组织中双硫死亡相关基因表达异常.本文综述了双硫死亡的分子机制,探讨其与COPD的关系,并分析双硫死亡在COPD治疗中的潜在价值.此外,本文还讨论了目前研究的局限性及未来方向,为开发新型COPD治疗策略提供理论依据.

Disulfidptosis death is a novel programmed cell death mechanism discovered in recent years,which involves the ab-normal accumulation of disulfidptosis bonds in cells,leading to the destruction of the actin cytoskeleton and cell death.Research has shown that disulfidptosis death is closely related to oxidative stress,metabolic disorders,and protein homeostasis imbalance,and plays an important role in various diseases.Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a respiratory disease character-ized by persistent airflow limitation and chronic inflammation.Its pathogenesis involves increased oxidative stress,protease antipro-tease imbalance,and abnormal cell death,leading to destruction of alveolar structure and progressive decline in lung function.The oxidative stress microenvironment of COPD partially overlaps with the conditions for the occurrence of disulfidptosis death,and the expression of disulfidptosis death related genes is abnormal in its lung tissue.This article reviews the molecular mechanisms of disulfidptosis death,explores its relationship with COPD,and analyzes the potential value of disulfidptosis death in the treatment of COPD.In addition,this article also discusses the limitations and future directions of current research,laying a theoretical foun-dation for the development of new COPD treatment strategies.
