紫苏秸秆替代玉米芯对金针菇产量与营养品质的影响OA
Effects of Perilla Straw Replacing Corncob on Yield and Nutritional Quality of Flammulina velutipes
[目的]探明不同含量的紫苏秸秆配方培养料对金针菇产量和营养品质的影响,为降低金针菇生产成本及紫苏秸秆资源化利用提供理论依据.[方法]以金针菇为试材,设置 5个紫苏秸秆替代部分玉米芯的营养基质配方(0%、25%、50%、75%和 88%),利用袋栽法培养金针菇,考察菌丝体长势、生长速度、产量、生物学效率和营养成分等指标,筛选紫苏秸秆培养金针菇的最佳配方.[结果]紫苏秸秆替代部分玉米芯可增加培养料的有机质、全 N、全 P和全 K含量,分别较未替代的至多增加 90.45%、33.33%、20.00%和34.78%;提高金针菇菌丝体的生长速度、产量和生物学效率,缩短满袋时间.紫苏秸秆替代比例为 50%时,金针菇生长最快,菌丝满袋时间 39 d,菌丝生长速度 3.78 mm/d,生物学效率 60.90%.紫苏秸秆与玉米芯适量的配比还可明显提高金针菇营养品质,紫苏秸秆替代比例 75%时,金针菇的多糖、还原糖和总氨基酸含量均最高,分别为 49.96 mg/g、12 653.06 μg/g和 5 599.15 μg/g,分别较未替代的显著提高 65.70%、137.54%和 79.54%;总蛋白含量较高,为 25.54 g/kg,较未替代的显著提高 254.23%.[结论]综合金针菇产量和品质结果,紫苏秸秆替代玉米芯比例为 75%培养金针菇的效果最佳,其基质配方为玉米芯 13%、紫苏秸秆 75%、麸皮 10%、生石灰1%、葡萄糖1%,可作为金针菇栽培基质的替代配方.
[Objective]The effects of culture substrates with different perilla straw ratio on yield and quality of Flammulina velutipes were explored to provide the theoretical basis for reducing production cost of F.velutipes and utilization of perilla straw resources.[Method]The mycelial growth vigor,growth rate,yield,biological efficiency and nutritional composition of F.velutipes cultured on five nutritional substrates replacing part of corncob with perilla straw(0%,25%,50%,75%and 88%)were analyzed by a bag cultivation method to screen the optimal perilla straw formula for culture of F.velutipes.[Result]Adding perilla straw replacing part of corncob could increase organic matter,nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P)and potassium(K)content in the substrate by up to 90.45%,33.33%,20.00%and 34.78%respectively compared with the non-substituted ones,improve mycelial growth rate,yield and biological efficiency of F.velutipes and shorten the required time for full colonization of culture bags.The full bag days,mycelial growth rate and biological efficiency of F.velutipes cultured on the substrate with 50%perilla straw replacing corncob were 39 d,3.78 mm/d and 60.90%.The substrate of perilla straw with an appropriate corncob proportion could improve nutritional quality of F.velutipes significantly.The polysaccharide,reducing sugar,total amino acid and total protein content of F.velutipes cultured on the substrate with 75%perilla straw replacing corncob reached 49.96 mg/g,12 653.06 μg/g,5 599.15 μg/g and 25.54 g/kg,65.70%,137.54%,79.54%and 254.23%higher than CK,respectively.[Conclusion]From the angles of yield and quality of F.velutipes,the recommended formula of 13%corncob,75%perilla straw,10%wheat bran,1%quicklime and 1%glucose can be used as an alternative formula for cultivation substrate of F.velutipes.
