Genetic Diversity Analysis of Spring Soybean Varieties Based on DUS Test in Guizhou
[目的]基于 DUS测试分析贵州大豆基本性状的遗传多样性,为大豆种质资源创新改良提供参考.[方法]以贵州 19份春大豆品种为材料,基于植物新品种 DUS测试标准分析 31项表型性状及其多样性,并进行综合评价.[结果]贵州 19份春大豆品种的 31个基本性状中,等位变异数为 67个,变幅为1~5个;有效等位变异数平均为 1.58个,变幅为 1.00~3.50;香农多样性指数平均为 0.46,数量性状的遗传多样性高于质量性状和假质量性状,不同表型性状的多样性水平存在差异.与产量相关的 7个数量性状(植株高度、底荚高度、分枝数量、荚果数量、主茎节数量、荚果种子数量、百粒重)的中值与均值较接近,除植株高度外均具有正态性特征.大豆基本性状中大部分存在相关性,部分性状受多个性状影响.主成分分析结果表明,特征值>1的前 4个主成分累计贡献率达 80.783%,其中,茸毛密度、植株高度、落叶性、荚果数量、分枝数量、荚果炸荚性、下胚轴花青苷显色强度、成熟期、荚果种子数量、种皮开裂比率10个性状的贡献率较高.[结论]贵州春大豆品种不同表型性状的多样性水平存在差异,其中,茸毛密度、植株高度、落叶性、荚果数量、分枝数量、荚果炸荚性等性状,可作为贵州春大豆种质资源鉴定的依据.
[Objective]The genetic diversity in basic traits of spring soybean varieties was analyzed based on DUS test to provide a reference for innovation and improvement of soybean germplasm resources in Guizhou.[Method]31 phenotypic traits of 19 spring soybean varieties from Guizhou were analyzed based on the DUS test standard for evaluating new plant varieties,and the diversity of traits was compared and comprehensively evaluated.[Result]There were 67 allelic variations with ranging from 1-5 among 31 basic traits of 19 spring soybean varieties.The average number of effective alleles was 1.58 ranging from 1.00-3.50.The average Shannon's diversity index was 0.46.The genetic diversity of quantitative traits was higher than that of qualitative traits and pseudo-quality traits,and the diversity level of different phenotypic traits was different.The median and mean values of 7 traits related to yield(plant height,bottom pod height,branch number,pod number,main stem node number,pod seed number and 100-grain weight)were close,and all of them had normality characteristics except for plant height.There were correlations between soybean basic traits mostly,and some traits were affected by multiple traits.The principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the top four principal components with eigenvalue>1 reached 80.783%.Among them,the contribution rate of 10 traits of hair density,and height,deciduousness,pod number,branch number,pod cracking,hypocotyl anthocyanin color intensity,maturity,legume seed number and seed coat cracking ratio of plant was higher.[Conclusion]There are differences in the diversity levels of different phenotypic traits in spring soybean varieties in Guizhou.The traits of hair density,and height,deciduousness,pod number,branch number,pod cracking of plant and so on can be used as the basis for identification of spring soybean germplasm resources in Guizhou.
