2型糖尿病"未病"-"已病"转化预测模型构建探讨OA

The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory of preventive treatment of disease plays an im-portant guiding role in disease prevention and treatment.The research on TCM risk prediction of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)falls into the scope of TCM preventive treatment of disease and is of great significance for the prevention and management of T2DM.However,there are relatively few studies on the prediction model of the transition from pre-disease state to disease state in T2DM.Multimodal data of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can enhance predictive ability of T2DM.Based on the TCM preventive treatment of disease theory and integrated TCM-Western medicine multimodal data,this paper discusses the construction of the prediction mod-el for the transition from pre-disease state to disease state in T2DM,which can provide new strategies for clini-cal prevention of T2DM and precision medicine.
