艾炷不同点燃方式对温针灸治疗周围性面瘫灸温、灸时的影响OA

Objective To investigate the effects of different ignition methods(igniting at the upper end,or igniting at the lower end)on the temperature and duration of moxibustion around the needle body during warm acupuncture treatment for peripheral facial paralysis.Methods A human body simulation module was used to simulate the clinical procedure of warm acupuncture for peripheral facial paralysis.A thermonmeter was applied to record real-time temperature changes around the needle body and the combustion duration.The differences in temperature and duration of moxibustion between the two ignition methods were compared.Results Igniting at the upper end presented in a higher moxibustion temperature(47.67±1.07)℃and a shorter effective moxibus-tion duration(87.53±9.45)s,while igniting at the lower end revealed a lower moxibustion temperature(46.73±1.61)℃and a longer effective moxibustion duration(125.40±26.10)s.Conclusion The upper-end ignition method conforms more to the characteristics of the reducing method of moxibustion,which is more suitable for patients with peripheral facial paralysis in the acute stage and excess syndrome.The lower-end ignition method is consistent with the charaqceristics of tonifying method of moxibustion,which is more appropriate for patients in the recovery phase,sequelae phase,and those with deficiency syndrome.
