The article summarizes Professor OUYANG Xiaoyong's experience in treating Kimura disease.Based on the principle of treating the same disease differently.A hierarchical diagnosis and treatment approach for Kimura disease is proposed,targeting"phlegm,blood stasis,dampness,heat,and deficiency".Treatment is divided into three stages:warming yang and transforming qi,clearing heat and removing dampness,and removing blood stasis and phlegm.Warming yang and transforming qi should be done gradually,warming up yang qi,and nourishing the meridians and collaterals should be the main focus;Clearing heat and promoting dampness should be controlled according to the condition.When dampness disappears,heat becomes isolated,so that the heat above has no attachment and dissipates with dampness;To remove blood stasis and phlegm,one should be bold and resolute,break through blood and phlegm,and loosen static blood;In terms of treatment,emphasis is placed on"stopping the decline of the majority"and"maintaining long-trem stability".Emphasis is placed on strengthening the body and consolidat the foundation,combining atlcak with supplementation,and coordinating unblocking and tonifying to reduce toxicity and enhance efficacy.This reflects the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine,which is to eliminate pathogen without harming the right,and to strengthen the body without retaining toxicity,as well as the dynamic balance of correspondence between nature and human.
