基于调五脏以安脾胃探讨溃疡性结肠炎证治OA

Ulcerative colitis(UC)has a prolonged course and is prone to recurrence,carrying a risk of malig-nancy.The theory of"regulating the five zang organs and harmonizing the spleen and stomach"holds that spleen deficiency is the core cause of UC.Spleen deficiency results in impaired function of the spleen and stomach,dis-rupting the harmony of the five zang organs and creating a vicious cycle.Therefore,the treatment method of regu-lating the liver and stomach,clearing the heart and protecting the stomach,promoting the lungs and reducing turbidity,warming the kidneys and strengthening the spleen,and adjusting the pivot comprehensively is chosen to harmonize qi and blood,restore organ function,and thus cut off the disease.
