当归芍药散加味治疗颈性眩晕探析OA

This paper summarizes Professor ZHANG Guohai's clinical experience in the treatment of cervical vertigo with Danggui Shaoyao Powder.The main responsibility of cervical vertigo is the liver and spleen,and its pathogenesis can be divided into deficiency and excess.Deficiency is spleen-qi deficiency,liver-blood defi-ciency and brain orifice dystrophy;The excess is qi stagnation,blood stasis,dampness evil block,blockage of meridians and brain orifices.The treatment should be tonifying the liver and spleen,regulating qi and activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis,eliminate dampness and promoting diuresis.One proven case is listed to show its treatment.
