柴胡桂枝干姜汤联合当归芍药散治疗厥阴太阴合病气血水互结证探析OA

Based on the HU Xishu-FENG Shilun Classical Formula Medical System,this article explores the theoretical mechanism and clinical application of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction combined with Danggui Shaoyao Powder in treating the syndrome of"intertwined qi-blood-water"in Jueyin-Taiyin concurrent di-sease.The pathogenesis of this syndrome is systematically elucidated,highlighting two core pathological changes:yang deficiency and pathogenic factors stagnating in the half-exterior and half-interior.These inter-act with major pathological factors such as qi stagnation,blood stasis,and fluid retention,resulting in an intricate and refractory condition characterized by layered disease locations and intertwined pathological natures.By analyzing the composition and compatibility significance of this combined formula,it is demonstrated that the formula exerts comprehensive effects in harmonizing and resolving stagnation,warming yang,nourishing blood,promoting diuresis,and resolving the intertwining of qi-blood-water.This provides a diagnostic and therapeutic approach for modern complex diseases characterized by cold-heat complexity and dysregulation of qi,blood,and body fluids.
