张仲景治疗遗精学术思想与辨治规律探析OA
Exploration on ZHANG Zhongjing's Academic Thought and Regularity of Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment for Spermatorrhea
通过系统梳理《金匮要略》中关于失精的4处条文和桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤、小建中汤、天雄散3首方剂,探讨仲景治疗遗精的学术思想与辨治规律.研究发现,张仲景治疗遗精不直接涩精,而是遵循"以虚为本、三焦为纲、平衡为法、形神兼顾"的辨治思想,恢复自身的固摄本能,为现代临床治疗遗精提供了经典理论范本,具有重要指导价值.
This study systematically reviewed four original passages concerning"Shi Jing"(Spermatorrhea)in the Synopsis of Golden Chamber,together with three representative formulas-Guizhi Jia Longgu Muli Decoction,Xiaojianzhong Decoction,and Tianxiong Powder-to explore ZHANG Zhongjing's academic thought and patterns of syndrome differentiation and treatment for spermatorrhea.ZHANG's management of spermatorrhea was guided by the therapeutic principles of"deficiency as the root,the triple energizer as the framework,balance as the method,and simultaneous regulation of form and spirit."Rather than directly astringing semen,treatment empha-sized reinforcing deficiency to restore the body's intrinsic capacity to secure essence.This study provides a clas-sical theoretical model for the modern clinical management of spermatorrhea and offers important guidance for clinical practice.
