Exploration on Mechanism of Xiaoqinglong Decoction in the Treatment of Osteoarthritis with Cold-Dampness Impediment Based on the Theory of Stagnant Fluid inducing Impediment Syndrome
文章探讨了小青龙汤治疗寒湿痹阻型骨关节炎的作用机制.基于"水饮致痹"理论,梳理中医经典相关条文及历代医家对寒湿水饮致痹的认识,结合现代医学研究,从方剂组成、病证病机对应关系、理论溯源、现代医学作用机制及临床验案,探讨小青龙汤治疗寒湿痹阻型骨关节炎的理论依据与实践价值.
This paper aims to explore the clinical efficacy and mechanism of action of Xiaoqinglong Decoction in the treatment of osteoarthritis with cold-dampness impediment.Based on the theory of stagnant fluid inducing impediment syndrome,it sorts out the relevant passages in TCM classics and the understanding of cold-damp-ness and stagnant fluid inducing Bi syndrome by physicians of past dynasties.Combined with modern medical re-search,it elaborates the theoretical basis and practical value of Xiaoqinglong Decoction in treating osteoarthritis with cold-dampness impediment from four aspects:prescription composition,corresponding relationship be-tween syndrome and pathogensis,theoretical origin,discussion on relevant modern medical mechanisms,and clinical proven cases.
