先秦两汉时期饮食养生文献研究OA
A Study on Dietary Health Preservation Literature of the Pre-Qin and Han Dynasties
基于后世研究成果,将先秦两汉时期涉及饮食养生的论述分为医药文献与非医文献两类,医药文献中均有饮食养生的相关内容,其中以《黄帝内经》中的食养理论最为精深.非医文献中则以诸子百家的饮食主张最典型,这些论述散见于文献典籍中,其中尤以《论语》和《吕氏春秋》最具代表性.先秦两汉时期的饮食理论已达到较高水平,对后世影响深远,为中国饮食养生奠定了理论基础.尽管这一时期饮食论述丰富,却存在三方面局限:一是尚未出现饮食养生的专门著述;二是未形成系统的饮食养生理论学说;三是饮食养生思想成果未惠及大众,主要集中于社会中上层.
Based on the research findings of later scholars,the discourses related to dietary health preservation from the Pre-Qin and Han Dynasties period can be divided into two categories:medical literature and non-medical literature.Both categories contain relevant content on dietary health preservation,among which the dietary nourishment theories recorded in the Huangdi Neijing(The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic)are the most profound and sophisticated.In non-medical literature,the dietary views of the Hundred Schools of Thought stand out as the most typical.Such discussions are scattered across various texts,with the Analects and the Lyushi Chunqiu being the most representative.The dietary theories of the Pre-Qin and Han Dynasties period had reached a relatively advanced level,exerted a profound influence on later generations,and laid the theoretical foundation for dietary health preservation in China.Although dietary discourses were abundant during this period,three limitations existed:(1)no specialized works on dietary health preservation;(2)the absence of a systematic theoretical framework for dietary health preservation;and(3)the fact that the benefits of dietary health preservation had not reached the general public,but were largely confined to the upper and middle social classes.
