基于"以消为贵,以托为畏"思想探讨阳和汤的组方及基础研究OA
Exploring the Composition and Fundamental Research of Yanghe Decoction Based on"Valuing Resolution While Avoiding Drainage"
通过阐释阳和汤的组成,及其治疗阴疽的病机与功效认识,结合"以消为贵,以托为畏"学术主张,探讨经典名方阳和汤的组方内涵.指出阳和汤的临床应用范围已不再局限于外科阴证范畴,可用于治疗多学科疾病;阳和汤的相关基础研究多聚焦于肿瘤相关病症,主要从抑制肿瘤细胞增殖并诱导细胞凋亡、调控肿瘤微环境、抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭转移、预防癌前病变及诱导肿瘤细胞分化四个方面发挥抗肿瘤作用,且其抗肿瘤作用与"以消为贵,以托为畏"的制方思想高度契合.
By elucidating the composition of Yanghe Decoction,along with the understanding of its therapeutic mechanism and efficacy in treating Yin-type carbuncles(abscesses),and in light of the academic proposition that"valuing resolution while avoiding drainage",this study explores the formula compatibility principle embedded in the classic famous prescription Yanghe Decoction.It has been indicated that Yanghe Decoction is no longer restricted to the treatment of Yin-type disorders in TCM surgery;its clinical application has been extended to managing diseases across multiple disciplines.Basic research on Yanghe Decoction has largely focused on tumor-related conditions.Its anti-tumor effects are primarily exerted through four mechanisms:inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and inducing apoptosis;regulating the tumor microenvironment;suppressing tumor cell invasion and metastasis;and preventing precancerous lesions while inducing tumor cell differentiation.Furthermore,these anti-tumor actions are highly consistent with its formulation philosophy of"valuing resolution while avoiding drainage."
