中老年PCI术后患者核心症状及其影响因素的网络分析OA

Objective:To construct a symptom network for middle-aged and elderly patients after PCI surgery and identify the core symptoms and their influencing factors in the network.Methods:A total of 233 middle-aged and elderly patients who underwent PCI surgery in a tertiary grade A hospital in Anhui Province from July 2024 to January 2025 and were one week post-surgery were conveniently selected.The oc-currence and severity of postoperative symptoms were investigated using the Cardiac Symptom Questionnaire.A symptom network was construct-ed using R language to analyze the centrality indicators.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors.Results:Symptom network analysis showed that fatigue and drowsiness were the core symptoms of middle-aged and elderly patients after PCI surgery.Multiple lin-ear regression analysis results indicated that tea or coffee consumption,sleep quality,and social support degree were the influencing factors of core symptoms in middle-aged and elderly patients after PCI surgery.Conclusion:Fatigue and drowsiness are the core symptoms of middle-aged and elderly patients after PCI surgery,and tea or coffee consumption,sleep quality,and social support degree are the influencing factors.It is suggested that medical staff should construct a precise symptom management plan based on core symptoms and their influencing factors to im-prove the overall rehabilitation effect and quality of life of patients.
