纳米材料在胰腺癌精准诊疗中的研究进展OA

Research progress of nanomaterials in precision diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer

胰腺癌(PC)是消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤,恶性程度高,早期诊断困难,手术、放化疗等现有治疗效果不理想,预后极差.故挖掘安全、有效的新型诊疗方案对于解决现状具有重要意义.纳米材料因其独特的光学特性及优良的生物相容性而被应用于纳米级辅助诊断、纳米级药物的研发以及药物递送系统的设计.结合现有研究结果,本文总结了纳米材料在 PC早期诊断与精准治疗方面的新兴作用及应用前景与挑战,以期为PC诊疗带来新的机遇.

Pancreatic cancer is a common malignancy of the digestive system,with high malignancy,difficulty in early diagnosis,and poor efficacy of surgery,radiotherapy,and chemotherapy,which leads to an extremely poor prognosis.Therefore,it is of great significance to ex-plore safe and effective new diagnosis and treatment schemes to solve the current situation.Owing to their unique optical properties and excellent biocompatibility,nanomaterials have been used in the research and development of nanoscale assisted diagnosis and nanoscale drugs,and the design of drug delivery systems.Combined with the existing research results,herein the emerging role of nanomaterials in the early diagnosis and precision treatment of pancreatic cancer is summarized,and the application prospects and challenges of nanomaterials are considered,hoping to bring new opportunities for the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer.
