金针菇菌糠饲料对湖羊生长性能的影响OA
Effect of Flammulina filiformis Spent Mushroom Substrate Feed on the Growth Performance of Hu Sheep
针对食用菌生产过程中菌糠资源浪费及环境污染问题,以金针菇菌糠为原料,开发适用于反刍动物的新型生物饲料,并系统探究其对湖羊生长性能的影响,旨在推动菌糠的高值化、资源化利用.试验采用单因子设计,分别设基础配方饲料(对照)、高能量菌糠饲料、高蛋白菌糠饲料和菌糠发酵饲料4个处理,测定其对湖羊生长性能、体尺指标、屠宰性能及血液生化指标的影响,评估菌糠饲料的有效性与安全性.结果表明,经58 d育肥,菌糠发酵饲料处理的湖羊平均日增重为0.27 kg/d,较对照基础日粮处理显著提高35.0%;胴体重为18.30 kg,较高能量菌糠饲料、对照基础配方饲料处理分别增加3.10%、6.71%,较高蛋白菌糠饲料处理显著增加8.61%;肋肉厚(GR值)为12.76 mm,高于其他处理组.各菌糠饲料处理湖羊血液生化指标均在正常范围,说明菌糠饲料具有安全性,对湖羊的生长无毒害.综上所述,金针菇菌糠是一种安全有效的反刍动物饲料原料,经生物发酵后替代部分能量饲料可显著提升湖羊育肥效果.
To address the problems of resource waste and environmental pollution caused by spent mushroom substrate during edible mushroom production,Flammulina filiformis spent mushroom substrate was used as the raw material to develop a novel biologi-cal feed suitable for ruminant,and its effect on the growth performance of Hu sheep was systematically investigated,aiming to promote the high-value and resource-oriented utilization of spent mushroom substrate.A single-factor experimental design was employed with 4 treatments,including basal formulated feed(the control),high-energy spent mushroom substrate feed,high-protein spent mushroom substrate feed,and fermented spent mushroom substrate feed.The effects of these treatments on growth performance,body size index,harvest performance,and blood biochemical index of Hu sheep were determined to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of spent mush-room substrate feed.Results showed that after 58 d of fattening,the average daily gain of Hu sheep fed fermented spent mushroom sub-strate feed reached 0.27 kg/d,which was significantly increased by 35.0%compared with the basal formulated feed treatment.Carcass weight reached 18.30 kg,representing increases of 3.10%and 6.71%compared with the high-energy spent mushroom substrate feed treatment and the basal formulated feed treatment,respectively,and a significant increase of 8.61%compared with the high-protein spent mushroom substrate feed treatment.Rib meat thickness(GR value)reached 12.76 mm,which was higher than that of the other treatment groups.Blood biochemical index of Hu sheep in all spent mushroom substrate feed treatments remained within the normal range,indicating that spent mushroom substrate feed was safe and non-toxic to the growth of Hu sheep.In conclusion,F.filiformis spent mushroom substrate is a safe and effective feed ingredient for ruminant,and partial substitution of energy feed after biological fermentation can significantly improve the fattening performance of Hu sheep.
