不同浓度TOG-10保鲜液对洛神玫瑰保鲜效应研究OA
Study on the Preservative Effects of Different Concentrations of TOG-10 Preservation Solution on Roselle Rose
研究不同浓度TOG-10保鲜液对洛神玫瑰保鲜效果,明确其适宜浓度.以鲜切玫瑰洛神为试验材料,在常温(20~25℃)条件下,设0.5、1.0、1.5 mL/L TOG-10保鲜液及清水对照4个处理,于洛神玫瑰瓶插期测定其瓶插周期、花朵直径、花枝鲜重变化率、瓶插液pH变化情况等.结果表明,随瓶插时间的延长,洛神玫瑰花朵直径及花枝鲜重变化率呈现先升后降的趋势;随保鲜液浓度的增加,其瓶插寿命及最大花朵直径均呈现先升后降的趋势,且显著高于清水对照;相比初始花朵直径,清水对照、0.5、1.0、1.5 mL/L处理的最大花朵直径分别提高了4.98%、4.98%、14.43%、6.97%.且随着瓶插玫瑰的衰老,瓶插液的pH逐渐降低.通过不同保鲜液处理发现1.0 mL/L TOG-10溶液处理下洛神玫瑰寿命最长、花朵直径最大、花枝鲜重增加幅度最大.
By conducting experiments on the preservation effects of different concentrations of TOG 10 preservative on Roselle rose,the appropriate concentration for its application was determined.This experiment used fresh-cut rose hibiscus as the test material and was conducted under normal temperature(20 to 25℃)conditions.4 treatments were set up in the experiment including 0.5,1.0,and 1.5 mL/L TOG-10 preservative solution and a tap water control.During the vase insertion period,the vase insertion cy-cle,the change in flower diameter,the change rate of fresh weight of flower branches,and the pH change of the vase insertion solution were measured.Results showed that with the extension of the vase insertion time,the change rate of the flower diameter and the fresh weight of the flower branches of Roselle rose first increased and then decreased.With the increase of the concentration of the preserva-tive solution,both the bottle insertion life and the maximum flower diameter showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and were significantly higher than that of the control.Compared with the initial flower diameter,the maximum flower diameters under the tap water control,0.5,1.0,and 1.5 mL/L treatments increased by 4.98%,4.98%,14.43%,and 6.97%,respectively.In addition,with the senescence of vase rose,the pH value of vase solution gradually decreased.Among the different preservative treatments,the 1.0 mL/L TOG-10 solution treatment resulted in the longest vase life,the largest flower diameter,and the greatest increase in fresh weight of flower branch in Roselle rose.
