河西走廊沙地马铃薯新品种引种比较试验OA
Study on the Introduction and Comparative Experiment of New Potato Varieties in Sandy Land of the Hexi Corridor
为了筛选出适宜河西走廊沙地种植的马铃薯新品种,推动沙地马铃薯产业高质量发展,采用白膜一垄一带双行、滴灌水肥一体化栽培模式,以当地主栽品种沃土5号为对照品种,对引进的9个马铃薯新品种青薯9号、青薯10号、希森6号、冀张薯12号、V7、陇薯7号、陇薯10号、陇薯20号、陇薯22号进行 了引种比较试验.结果表明,希森6号折合产量最高,为67 800 kg/hm2,较对照品种沃土5号显著增产3.91%;冀张薯12号、青薯9号折合产量较高,分别为65 950、65 550 kg/hm2,较对照品种沃土5号分别增产1.07%、0.46%,其余品种均较对照品种沃土5号减产.各参试马铃薯品种的生育期差异较大,且表现出晚熟、中晚熟品种在抗病性方面明显优于中早熟、中熟品种.茎色、叶色、块茎大小整齐度、薯皮类型、芽眼深浅等性状差异不大,但花冠色、主茎数、株高、茎粗、薯型、皮色、肉色等性状差异较大,青薯9号、希森6号、冀张薯12号在植株性状、块茎性状及抗病性方面表现良好,总体评价优于对照品种沃土5号.营养品质方面以陇薯22号的淀粉含量、干物质含量均最高,分别为209.0、283.0 g/kg,但折合产量却仅为44 950 kg/hm2;青薯9号淀粉含量、干物质含量均仅次于陇薯22号,但折合产量却显著高于陇薯22号,且其田间未发现病害,表现出良好的抗病性.综合考虑认为,青薯9号可作为河西走廊地区沙地淀粉加工品种推荐种植,希森6号、冀张薯12号表现出较好的高产表现和较强的抗病性,且生育期较短,可作为当地主栽品种沃土5号的替代品种推广种植.
In order to select new potato varieties suitable for planting in the Hexi Corridor and to promote the high-quality development of the sandy-land potato industry,an introduction and comparative experiment was conducted using an integrated cultiva-tion model of one ridge,one belt,two rows with white plastic film mulching and drip fertigation.The locally cultivated variety Wotu 5 was used as the control,and nine introduced potato varieties,namely Qingshu 9,Qingshu 10,Xisen 6,Jizhangshu 12,V7,Longshu 7,Longshu 10,Longshu 20,and Longshu 22,were evaluated.Results showed that the highest yield was observed in Xisen 6 with 6 7 800kg/ha which was significantly 3.91%higher than that of the control variety Wotu 5.Jizhangshu 12 and Qingshu 9 also showed relatively high yields,at 65 950 and 65 550 kg/ha,respectively,representing increases of 1.07%and 0.46%over the control,respec-tively.The remaining varieties all showed yield reductions compared with Wotu 5.There were great differences in the growth period among tested varieties,and late-maturing and medium-late-maturing varieties exhibited significantly better disease resistance than medium-early and medium-maturing varieties.Traits such as stem color,leaf color,tuber uniformity,skin type,and eye depth showed little variation,whereas traits such as crown color,number of main stems,plant height,stem thickness,tuber shape,skin color,and flesh color varied greatly.Qingshu 9,Xisen 6,and Jizhangshu 12 performed well in plant traits,tuber traits,and disease resistance,and their overall performance was superior to that of the control variety Wotu 5.In terms of nutritional quality,Longshu 22 had the highest starch content and dry matter content,at 209.0 and 283.0 g/kg,respectively,but its equivalent yield was only 44 950 kg/ha.Qingshu 9 had starch and dry matter contents second only to Longshu 22,but its yield was significantly higher,and no diseases were observed in the field,indicating strong disease resistance.Considering all factors,Qingshu 9 is recommended as a starch-processing variety for sandy land in the Hexi Corridor,while Xisen 6 and Jizhangshu 12,which showed good high-yield performance,strong dis-ease resistance,and shorter growth periods,can be promoted as alternative varieties to replace the locally cultivated variety Wotu 5.
