菘蓝育种技术研究进展与展望OA
Research Advances and Prospects of Breeding Technology in Isatis indigotica
菘蓝(Isatis indigotica Fort.)是中药材板蓝根及大青叶的基源植物.目前菘蓝人工栽培已形成规模,但产业发展仍面临种质退化、良种化程度低等问题.本文围绕菘蓝的品种培育现状,系统梳理传统育种、倍性育种、诱变育种及生物育种等技术在新品种选育与性状改良方面的研究进展,分析当前技术在育种效率、稳定性、安全性及产业化应用等方面存在的瓶颈,并提出以技术优化、体系融合与机制保障为核心的解决路径,以期为菘蓝育种研究的进一步开展提供参考,推动菘蓝产业的持续健康发展.
Isatis indigotica Fort.is the source plant of Chinese herbal medicine Radix Isatidis and Folium Isatidis.At present,the artificial cultivation of I.indigotica has formed a scale,but the industrial development still faces the issues of germplasm degrada-tion and a low degree of improved varieties.In this paper,the research progress of traditional breeding,ploidy breeding,mutation breeding,and biological breeding in new variety breeding and trait improvement was systematically reviewed,based on the current sit-uation of variety breeding in I.indigotica.The bottlenecks of current technology in breeding efficiency,stability,safety,and industrial application were analyzed,and a solution path with technology optimization,system integration,and mechanism guarantee as the core was proposed,with a view to providing a reference for the further development of I.indigotica breeding research and promote the sus-tainable and healthy development of the I.indigotica industry.
