目的 探索不同储存条件对中药汤剂浓缩前后质量及其稳定性的影响.方法 选取苓桂术甘汤为研究对象,制备其煎出液及浓缩液,设置室温(0~30℃)与冷藏(2~8℃)2组储存条件,均存放2周,对比各组样品中苓桂术甘汤煎出液的性状、口感、水溶性成分煎出物质量及微生物限度情况.结果 浓缩后样品的口感变苦涩,颜色变深,且有少量沉淀;浓缩前样品的颜色相对偏浅,口感涩甘,沉淀较少.与浓缩前样品相比,浓缩后样品中的甘草苷和甘草酸铵含量均较低,但差异不明显,不同储存条件下放置2周后,趋势亦如此.同时,储存期内,各组样品中的微生物限度均合格,无显著性差异.结论 苓桂术甘汤煎出液浓缩前后,室温和冷藏储存2周内各项质量指标均比较稳定,冷藏条件下的综合稳定性稍优于室温.

Objective To explore the impact of different storage conditions on the quality and stability of Chinese medicine decoctions before and after concentration.Methods Linggui Zhugan decoction was selected as the research object,and its decoction and concentrated liquid were prepared.Two storage conditions were set:room temperature(0-30℃)and refrigeration(2-8℃),with storage for 2 weeks in both groups.The properties,taste,content of water-soluble extractives,and microbial limit of the decoction were compared among the samples in each group.Results After concentration,the samples became more bitter in taste,darker in color,with a small amount of sediment;while before concentration,the samples were relatively lighter in color,astringent and sweet in taste,with less sediment.Compared with the pre-concentration samples,the contents of liquiritin and ammonium glycyrrhizinate in the post-concentration samples were lower,but the difference was not statistically significant.The same trend was observed after storage for two weeks under different storage conditions.Meanwhile,during the storage period,the microbial limit of all groups of samples was qualified with no significant difference.Conclusion Before and after the concentration of Linggui Zhugan decoction,the quality indicators were relatively stable within two weeks of storage at both room temperature and refrigeration,with the overall stability under refrigeration being slightly better than at room temperature.
