基于中医传承辅助平台分析《金匮翼》治疗虚劳用药规律OA
Analysis on the Medication Rules for Treating Consumptive Disease in Jingui Yi Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform
目的 运用中医传承辅助平台(V 2.5)软件,分析《金匮翼》所载虚劳相关方剂的用药规律,为现代临床治疗虚劳提供新思路.方法 收集《金匮翼》中所载治疗虚劳的方剂,利用中医传承辅助平台分析虚劳方剂的用药频次、四气五味归经、组方分析和新处方.结果 共录入26首处方,包含87味中药,其中人参、甘草、茯苓、肉桂、当归、柴胡、白芍用药频次较高,药性以温性为主,药味以甘、苦、辛为主,归经多属脾、肺、肾经.基于改进的互信息法、熵聚类分析,得到关联系数≥0.07的核心药对21组、新处方1个.结论 通过中医传承辅助平台揭示《金匮翼》虚劳的处方用药规律,为后续指导虚劳临床用药提供了参考.
Objective To investigate the medication rules of prescriptions for consumptive disease in Jingui Yi using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform(V 2.5),aiming to provide novel insights for modern clinical practice.Methods Prescriptions for consumptive disease from Jingui Yi were collected and analyzed via the platform for herb frequency,properties(four natures and five flavors),meridian tropism,formulation patterns,and new prescription generation.Results A total of 26 prescriptions involving 87 herbs were analyzed.High-frequency herbs included Ginseng,Licorice,Poria,Cinnamon Bark,Angelica,Bupleurum,and White Peony.Herbs predominantly exhibited warm nature,sweet,bitter,pungent flavors,and meridian tropism to the spleen,lung,and kidney.Using modified mutual information and entropy clustering analysis,21 core herb pairs and one novel prescription were identified with correlation coefficient≥0.07.Conclusion This study elucidated the medication rules for consumptive disease in Jingui Yi,offering a valuable reference for optimizing clinical treatment strategies.
