科研反哺视角下仪器类专业学生竞赛的培育路径与实践OA

该文针对仪器类专业学生创新实践能力培养中存在的科研与实践教学脱节问题,提出"科研成果转化—竞赛能力培育—育人成效提升"的教学改革模式.以"芯片化 MEMS 原子气室制备及应用"科研项目为载体,系统构建"选题孵化—团队组建—过程指导—成果转化"的培育体系,将MEMS 芯片设计和制备等核心科研技术转化为竞赛实践内容.实践表明,该模式有效提升学生创新思维与实践能力,所指导的"面向芯片原子钟应用的MEMS 气室"项目获全国三维数字化创新设计大赛国家级二等奖.成果为高校仪器类专业深化科教融合、提升育人质量提供实践路径.

This paper proposes a teaching reform model of"transformation of scientific research achievements-cultivation of competition ability-improvement of educational effectiveness"to address the problem of the disconnect between scientific research and practical teaching in the cultivation of innovative practical ability for college student majoring in Instrument Science and Technology.By utilizing the research project of"the fabrication and applications of MEMS vapor cell chip",a cultivation system of"topic incubation-team foundation-competition guidance-achievement transformation"is systematically constructed,and the key technologies,such as MEMS chip design and fabrication,has been transformed into the competition practice content.The practice shows that the innovative thinking and practical abilities of students have been improved significantly.The proposed competition project has won the second prize of the National 3D Digital Innovation Design Competition 16th Anniversary Elite League in the national final contest.The achievements provide a practical innovative paradigm for deepening the integration of science and education and improving the quality of education for the major of Instrument Science and Technology of universities.
