新时代高质量人工智能研究生培养框架OA

当今人工智能(AI)技术飞速发展,而人工智能研究生培养体系变革相对滞后.为解决当前人工智能研究生培养中存在的 AI 技术前沿性不足、AI 与其他学科交叉的课程较少、AI伦理教育缺乏问题,提出适用于人工智能研究生的"技术前瞻性、学科交叉性、伦理适应性"三维培养框架.该框架围绕如何动态知识更新、如何跨学科能力培养、如何分层伦理教育三个核心问题,以加强人工智能研究生科技素养、增强人工智能研究生人才产业匹配度、提升人工智能社会影响力为目标,推进和优化面向未来技术的人工智能研究生培养体系改革与完善,提供一套可实施、可持续的理论与实践方案.

Nowadays,Artificial Intelligence(AI)technology is developing rapidly,but the reform of the AI postgraduate training system lags behind.To address the current problems in AI postgraduate training,such as insufficient coverage of cutting-edge AI technology,few courses on the intersection of AI and other disciplines,and a lack of AI ethics education,a three-dimensional training framework of"technological foresight,disciplinary intersectionality,and ethical adaptability"suitable for AI postgraduates is proposed.This framework focuses on three core issues including how to update knowledge dynamically,how to cultivate interdisciplinary abilities,and how to conduct stratified ethics education.With the goals of enhancing the scientific and technological literacy of AI postgraduates,improving the match between AI postgraduates and the industry,and enhancing the social influence of AI,it promotes and optimizes the reform and improvement of the AI postgraduate training system orientated towards future technologies,providing a set of implementable and sustainable theoretical and practical solutions.
