在"双一流"建设背景下,土木工程专业学位研究生联合培养基地的产学研融合机制研究具有重要现实意义.当前,全球科技竞争加剧,第四次工业革命驱动产业转型升级,对高素质工程技术人才提出更高的要求.该文以土木工程专业为例,基于产学研融合动力机制,深入分析政府、企业和高校三方在联合培养基地建设中的角色与驱动力,揭示现有培养模式的主要问题,并提出改进措施,包括优化校企合作机制、强化市场导向、提升成果转化效率和构建综合评价体系等.研究旨在通过完善政策支持、深化合作平台、优化激励机制,推动高校、企业与政府形成长期稳定的协同育人模式,为创新驱动发展提供理论与实践支撑.

It is of great practical significance to study the integration mechanism of industry,education,and research in the joint training bases for professional graduate in civil engineering,under the background of"Double First-Class"development.At present,the global competition in science and technology is intensifying,and the fourth industrial revolution drives the transformation and upgrading of the industry,which puts forward higher requirements for high-quality engineering and technical personnel.Taking civil engineering discipline as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the roles and driving forces of the government,enterprises and universities in the construction of joint training bases,based on the dynamic mechanism of industry-university-research integration,which reveals the main problems of the existing training mode,and puts forward improvement measures,including optimizing the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,strengthening market orientation,improving the efficiency of achievement transformation,and building a comprehensive evaluation system.The attention is paid to promote universities,enterprises and governments to form a long-term and stable collaborative education model by improving policy support,deepening cooperation platform,and optimizing incentive mechanism,so as to provide theoretical and practical support for innovation-driven development.
