立足主体性教育理念探索立体化案例教学模式OA
研究立足于主体教育理念,以管理会计学案例教学为例,分析案例教学目前主要存在的问题是:缺乏对教学主体的精准定位,导致教学目标定位不准确;教材与案例教辅材料雷同性太大,缺乏有针对性的教学资源;教学组织不规范,教学过程中缺乏动态性,主导性和主体性不协调;案例教学升华高度不够,案例教学内容与学生的毕业论文、教师的科研活动关联度不强,思政能力不强.提出"精准定位案例教学主体,明晰案例教学对象与目标→精编优选教材、案例资料,适配案例教学资源→构建案例教学程序形式,加强案例教学的动态性→强化科学、思政研究,升华案例教学质量层次"的"立体化"的案例教学模式.这一模式对实现以"学生为中心"的主体化教育理念,提升学生自主学习、理论创新能力及教师教学科研能力起到较好的作用.
Based on the concept of subject-oriented education,taking the case teaching of Management Accounting as an example,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in case teaching at present:the lack of precise positioning of the teaching subject leads to inaccurate positioning of teaching objectives;the similarity between textbooks and case teaching auxiliary materials is too high,and there is a lack of targeted teaching resources;the teaching organization is not standardized,and the teaching process lacks dynamics,with an imbalance between the leading role and the subject role;the elevation of case teaching is insufficient,and the content of case teaching has a weak connection with students'graduation theses and teachers'scientific research activities,and the ideological and political education ability is weak.The study proposes a"Four-sphere"case teaching model:"precisely positioning the subject of case teaching and clarify the teaching objects and goals of case-based learning →comprehensively selected and optimized teaching materials and case-related resources,suitable for case-based teaching →establish a case teaching procedure model and enhance the dynamic nature of case teaching → strengthening scientific and ideological and political research to elevate the quality level of case teaching".This model plays a good role in realizing the subject-oriented educational concept centered on students,enhancing students'autonomous learning and theoretical innovation abilities,and improving teachers'teaching and research capabilities.
