来华留学研究生教育培养的多维融合与AI赋能机制OA
我国的来华留学研究生规模不断增长,但完全本土移植的培养体系愈发难以支撑大规模、高素质人才培养.在来华留学研究生入学门槛、课程设置、师生互动、文化适应等方面普遍存在个性化缺失、科研支持不足、导学关系失衡等问题.为此,亟需构建 AI赋能的全链条培养体系,在学术指导、跨文化适应与导学角色等方面实现数据驱动的过程量化与有效指导.AI工具的合理利用,能够赋能来华留学研究生教育,打造个性学习路径引擎,实现资源精准匹配、辅助学术科研、跨文化辅助融入等功能,最终形成"严选生源—精培过程—优材产出"的教育生态,培养兼具专业知识、跨文化能力与全球视野的人才,助力我国国际影响力提升与国际化人才储备建设.
The scale of international graduate students studying in China is constantly increasing,but the completely native-transplanted training system is increasingly unable to support the large-scale and high-quality talent cultivation.There are widespread problems in aspects such as the admission threshold for international graduate students,course design,teacher-student interaction,and cultural adaptation,including the lack of individualization,insufficient research support,and imbalanced mentoring relationships.Therefore,it is urgent to build an AI-enabled full-chain training system,achieving data-driven process quantification and effective guidance in areas such as academic guidance,cross-cultural adaptation,and mentoring roles.The rational utilization of AI tools can empower international graduate student education,create a personalized learning path engine,realize precise resource matching,assist in academic research,and provide cross-cultural assistance for integration,and ultimately form an"selecting students-precisely training process-producing outstanding talents"educational ecosystem,cultivating talents with professional knowledge,cross-cultural capabilities,and global perspectives,and helping to enhance China's international influence and build an international talent reserve.
