AI赋能机床数控技术及应用数字教材知识图谱构建研究OA

为推动教育教学方法技术的升级改造,响应战略性新兴领域"十四五"高等教育教材体系建设的工作部署,创新教材内容呈现形式,开展基于知识图谱的《机床数控技术及应用》教材建设研究.采用实体、关系的图语义网络,建立相互融通的知识体系形成知识图谱本体模式;利用自然语言处理和深度学习技术对教材内容进行知识挖掘,通过算法筛选和提取关键的知识点,基于知识图谱的对齐、关联、合并等方法构建数控知识图谱;设计知识库架构完成知识数据存储,引入开源大型语言模型和智能推理算法,构建基于数控知识图谱的自然语言识别与智能推理模型,研发"数控小谱"智能问答系统.借助虚拟教研室平台,在 AI赋能下实现基于图谱的学科交叉与知识融合,协助教师开展教学活动,形成有助于学生自主学习的工具.

To advance the transformation of educational methods and technologies and in response to the"14th Five-Year"plan for the development of higher education textbooks in strategic emerging fields,this research aims to innovate the presentation of textbook content through the construction of a knowledge graph-based"CNC Machine Tool Technology and Applications"textbook.Using an entity-relationship semantic network,a knowledge system is established,forming a knowledge graph ontology model.Natural language processing and deep learning technologies are applied to mine knowledge from the textbook content,with algorithms filtering and extracting key knowledge points.Algorithms are used to filter and extract relevant information,while methods such as alignment,correlation,and merging based on the knowledge graph are applied to build a CNC knowledge graph.A knowledge base architecture is designed for efficient knowledge data storage,and open-source large language models,along with intelligent inference algorithms,are integrated to create a natural language recognition and intelligent reasoning model based on the CNC knowledge graph.Additionally,the"CNC Xiao Pu"intelligent Q&A system is developed.Leveraging a virtual teaching and research platform,this AI-driven approach facilitates cross-disciplinary integration and knowledge fusion,aiding teachers in their instructional activities and providing a tool that enhances students'independent learning capabilities.
