目的 验证 EMKA 无创动物生理信号遥测系统记录清醒 Beagle 犬心血管系统、呼吸功能等各项指标变化的稳定性、可靠性及灵敏度.方法 设尼可刹米组和盐酸索他洛尔组 2 个阳性药物组:尼可刹米组剂量为15 mg/kg,盐酸索他洛尔组剂量为 10 mg/kg.利用 EMKA 无创动物生理信号遥测系统采集动物的心电图(ECG)、血压、呼吸、体温参数.结果 与给药前相比,尼可刹米组动物给药后呼吸频率、潮气量和分钟通气量有所增加;盐酸索他洛尔组动物给药后心率下降,QT 及 QTc 出现不同程度的延长;盐酸索他洛尔组动物的血压指标在给药后有下降趋势.8 只动物的平均体温正常.结论 在本试验条件下,仪器 PQ 验证符合预期,EMKA 无创动物生理信号遥测系统可以用于清醒犬的 ECG、血压、呼吸及体温参数的检测.

Objective To verify the stability,reliability,and sensitivity of the EMKA non-invasive animal physiological signal telemetry system in recording changes in cardiovascular system,respiratory function and other indicators in conscious Beagle dogs.Methods Two positive drug groups are set up:the Nicotinamide group and the Sotalol Hydrochloride group.The dose is 15 mg/kg for the Nicotinamide group,and 10 mg/kg for the Sotalol Hydrochloride group.The EMKA non-invasive animal physiological signal telemetry system is utilized to collect the animals'ECG,blood pressure,respiration,and body temperature parameters.Results Compared with those before drug administration,the respiratory rate,tidal volume,and minute ventilation of animals in the Nicotinamide group increased after administration.In the Sotalol Hydrochloride group,the heart rate of animals decreased after drug administration,and QT and QTc were prolonged to varying degrees.The blood pressure indicators of animals in the Sotalol Hydrochloride group also showed a downward trend after drug administration.The average body temperature of the 8 animals was normal.Conclusion Under the conditions of this experiment,the instrument PQ verification is in line with expectations,and the EMKA non-invasive animal physiological signal telemetry system can be used for the detection of ECG,blood pressure,respiration,and body temperature parameters in conscious dogs.
