利用微生物诱导碳酸钙沉淀(Microbially Induced Carbonate Precipitation,MICP)技术加固红黏土,通过无侧限抗压强度试验,考察了胶结液浓度、菌液与胶结液比例等因素对加固后土体抗压强度的影响规律,并通过微观分析(XRD、SEM)探究了 MICP 技术加固红黏土的机理.研究结果表明,经 MICP 技术加固后,红黏土的抗压强度较之对照组提高了 30%~100%;抗压强度随胶结液浓度增大而增大;菌胶比为 1∶2 的红黏土抗压强度比菌胶比为 1∶1的大.微观分析表明,MICP 技术加固红黏土强度提高的主要原因是微生物矿化反应生成的方解石可有效填充土体孔隙并与土颗粒相互胶结.

Microbially Induced Carbonate Precipitation(MICP)technology was used to reinforce red clay.The influence of cementation solution concentration and the ratio of bacterial solution to cementation solution on the unconfined compressive strength of the reinforced soil was investigated through unconfined compressive strength tests.Additionally,the mechanism of MICP technology in reinforcing red clay was explored through microscopic analyses,including X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the compressive strength of the reinforced red clay was 30%to 100%higher than that of the control group.The compressive strength increased with the concentration of the cementation solution.Red clay with a bacterial solution to cementation solution ratio of 1∶2 exhibited higher compressive strength than that with a ratio of 1∶1.Microscopic analysis indicates that the main reason for the strength improvement is that calcite precipitated through microbial mineralization effectively fills soil pores and cements soil particles.
