Double-Switching Boost Converter for Renewable Energy Sources
随着太阳能、风能和燃料电池等清洁可再生能源的推广,高电压增益 DC/DC 变换器被广泛研究和应用.基于耦合电感、开关电容提出了一种非隔离的新型双开关升压变换器,具有高增益、高效率、输入电流连续、输入与输出端口共地的特点,有效减小了开关器件的电压应力,降低了开关器件选择的局限性.首先分析了变换器在连续导电模式下的工作原理及元器件应力,进行了关键元器件的设计.为了验证理论分析的正确性,搭建了一台实验样机进行验证,其额定功率为 240 W,实验结果验证了所提变换器的有效性,其中最大效率为 98.41%,满载功率为 92.98%.
With the promotion of clean and renewable energy sources such as solar,wind,and fuel cells,high voltage gain DC/DC con-verters have been widely studied and applied.A new non-isolated double-switching boost converter that utilizes coupled inductors and switched capacitors is proposed.The converter features high gain,high efficiency,continuous input current,and a common ground for both input and output ports.It effectively minimizes the voltage stress on switching devices and reduces the limitations of switching de-vice selection.Initially,the operating principle and component stresses of the converter in continuous conduction mode are analyzed.Subsequently,the key components of the converter are designed.To validate the theoretical analysis,an experimental prototype is con-structed.Rated at 240 W,the experimental prototype confirms the converter's effectiveness.The maximum efficiency and full load effi-ciency are 98.41%and 92.98%,respectively.
