针对军用电子元器件国产化的应用要求,对标美国凌特公司 LTM4613 型电源模块,设计了一种高性能负载点电源.该电路采用非隔离同步 Buck 拓扑结构,详细阐述了主电路和控制电路各功能模块的设计.采用 LTCC 工艺基片和厚膜混合集成组装工艺,提高了变换效率,实现了高密度负载点调节.试验结果表明,与 LTM4613 相比,功能完全覆盖,性能相当,可实现脚对脚替换应用,并通过了高可靠应用领域的考核要求,完全满足国产化使用需求.

According to the LTM4613 power supply made by Linear Technology Corporation in the United States,a high performance point-of-load converter is designed,especially for the application requirements of the military electronic components localization.The non-isolated synchronous Buck topology is employed,the design of main power circuit and each functional module of control circuit are expounded.LTCC substrate and thick film hybrid integrated assembly process is employed to improve the conversion efficiency and real-ize the load regulation of high power density.Comparing with the LTM4613,the results of experiment show that the functions are com-plete and the performance is comparable,pin-to-pin replacement applications are available,at the same time the assessment of high reli-ability application field is passed,meeting the needs of localization completely.
