PFC电感是影响功率因数校正电路功率密度的核心元件.基于三路交错并联PFC变换器,开展耦合集成PFC电感的研究.在对电路工作原理分析基础上,结合耦合集成PFC变换器的等效解耦分析,明确了输入电流纹波等效电感、稳态电感的关键影响因素,设定了在输入电流纹波不变情况下,减小磁件体积的设计目标,理论推导了电感电流纹波比与占空比、耦合系数的定量关系.建立了直流磁通分析、交流磁通分析的等效磁路模型,明确了交、直流磁通分布特性及电路-磁路参数映射规律,为集成PFC电感设计提供理论依据,并确定了耦合集成的设计方案.最后,通过电路-磁路联合仿真及试验验证了磁集成设计理论分析的正确性.

PFC inductor is the core component of power factor correction circuit,which directly affects the power density of PFC converter.Based on a three-way interleaved parallel PFC converter,the coupling integration of PFC inductors is investigated.Based on the analysis of the working principle of the circuit and the equivalent decoupling analysis of the coupled integrated PFC converter,the key influencing factors of the equivalent inductance and steady-state inductance of the input current ripple were clarified.The design goal of reducing the volume of the magnetic component was set under the condition of constant input current ripple.The quantitative relationship between the inductance current ripple ratio,duty cycle,and coupling coefficient was theoretically derived.We have established equivalent magnetic circuit models for DC magnetic flux analysis and AC magnetic flux analysis,clarified the distribution characteristics of AC and DC magnetic flux,as well as the mapping law of circuit magnetic circuit parameters,providing theoretical basis for the design of integrated PFC inductors,and determined the design scheme of coupling integration.Finally,the correctness of the theoretical analysis of magnetic integration design was verified through circuit magnetic joint simulation and experimental verification.
