船撞作用下列车-轨道-桥耦合系统动力响应分析OA
Analysis of dynamic response of train-rail-bridge coupling system under ship impact
当船舶撞击桥梁时,撞击力影响着桥梁结构本身以及桥上列车的运行安全性及平稳性.采用Simpack与Abaqus软件对船撞作用下列车-轨道-桥系统进行联合仿真.对列车及桥梁动力响应评价标准进行了介绍,重点研究了列车以200 km/h的速度在桥上行驶的同时,桥梁受到500 t级船舶以4 m/s的速度撞击的系统动力响应.考虑了列车速度、船舶撞击力作用位置对列车动力响应的影响.结果表明,相较于无撞击,有撞击时桥上列车脱轨系数、轮重减载率、轮轨横向力分别增长了22.80、14.50、18.94倍,桥梁跨中横向、纵向位移及横向、纵向加速度分别增长了46.50、2.07及10.00、2.10倍.列车速度达到250 km/h时,列车动力响应急剧增长,当桥梁受到船舶撞击时列车具有较高脱轨风险.当列车在桥梁左线轨道运行时,相比于船舶撞击桥墩右线轨道一侧,船舶撞击桥墩左线轨道一侧时列车动力响应增长显著.列车的建议行驶速度在200 km/h以下,且船舶撞击力作用位置是影响列车安全的重要因素.
When a ship collides with a bridge,the impact force affects the safety and smoothness of the bridge structure itself as well as the operation of the train on the bridge.Simpack and Abaqus software were used to jointly simulate the train-rail-bridge system under ship impact.The evaluation criteria for the dynamic re-sponse of train and bridge were introduced,and the system dynamic response of a train running on a bridge at 200 km/h while the bridge was impacted by a 500 t class ship at 4 m/s was investigated.The train speed and the location of the ship's impact force were taken into account on the dynamic response of the train.The re-sults show that compared with no impact,the train derailment coefficient,wheel weight reduction rate and wheel-rail transverse force on the bridge with impact are increased by 22.80,14.50 and 18.94 times.The transverse and vertical displacements and the transverse and vertical accelerations in the bridge span are in-creased by 46.50,2.07,and 10.00,2.10 times,respectively.When the train speed reaches 250 km/h,the dynamic response of the train increases dramatically,and the train has a high risk of derailment when the bridge is impacted by the ship.When the train is running on the left track of the bridge,the train dynamic re-sponse increases significantly when the ship impacts on the left track side of the abutment compared with when the ship impacts on the right track side of the abutment.The recommended train speed is below 200 km/h,and the position of the ship's impact force is a key factor affecting the safety of the train.
