NESI控制大跨度桥梁非线性颤振的有效性与鲁棒性OA
Effectiveness and robustness of a nonlinear energy sink-inerter for nonlinear flutter control of long-span bridges
为提高大跨度桥梁的非线性颤振性能,提出一种基于非线性能量阱惯容阻尼器(NESI)的控制方法.首先,基于两自由度弯扭耦合非线性自激力模型,建立了风-桥梁-NESI全耦合系统的运动方程;然后,构建了基于GBO算法的NESI参数优化方法;接着,以大跨度悬索桥节段模型为例,分析了NESI各参数对非线性颤振控制效果的敏感性;最后,在非线性颤振控制目标下,研究了考虑结构与气动非线性效应优化设计的NESI控制有效性与鲁棒性.研究结果表明:采用显式四阶龙格库塔法(RK4)求解结构响应的数值预测值和试验值相吻合;考虑结构和气动非线性的NESI参数优化方法设计的装置能大幅降低桥梁非线性颤振振幅和NESI质量块行程;针对结构频率和阻尼的不确定性,NESI展现出优异的鲁棒性.
To enhance the nonlinear flutter performance of long-span bridges,the nonlinear energy sink-inerter(NESI)control method is proposed.Firstly,based on a two-degree-of-freedom bending-torsion coupled non-linear self-excited force model,the equations of motion for the fully coupled wind-bridge-NESI system are es-tablished.Then,a parameter optimization method for NESI is developed using the gradient-based optimiza-tion(GBO)algorithm.Subsequently,taking a section model of a long-span suspension bridge as an example,the sensitivity of NESI parameters to nonlinear flutter control effectiveness is analyzed.Finally,with nonlin-ear flutter control as the objective,the effectiveness and robustness of NESI optimized with consideration of structural and aerodynamic nonlinear effects are investigated.The results demonstrate that numerical predic-tions of structural responses obtained using the explicit fourth-order Runge-Kutta(RK4)method agree well with experimental values.The NESI device,designed through parameter optimization considering structural and aerodynamic nonlinearities,can significantly reduce nonlinear flutter amplitudes of a bridge and the stroke of the NESI mass block.The NESI exhibits excellent robustness against uncertainties in structural frequencies and damping ratios.
