针对高比例可再生能源与新型负荷接入配电网带来的源荷功率快速波动和季节性能量失衡问题,提出一种柔性配电网氢储能智能软开关(hydrogen energy storage integrated soft open point,HSOP)长-短周期协调优化方法.构建计及源荷匹配度的含 HSOP 柔性配电网低碳运行优化模型,考虑 HSOP 换流器损耗和氢储能系统能量损耗,精细化表征 HSOP 时序运行特性.采用基于双层模型预测控制的滚动优化方法对所建立模型进行求解,得到实时更新的柔性配电网长-短周期协调优化策略,在改进的 IEEE 33 节点测试算例上进行验证.结果表明,所提方法可以有效提升源荷不确定性场景下的长周期配电网源荷匹配度,显著提升光伏就地消纳能力,降低配电网碳排放水平.

In response to the rapid source-load power fluctuations and seasonal energy imbalances caused by the high penetration of renewable energy and new types of loads in distribution networks,a long-short cycle coordinated optimi-zation method for flexible distribution networks using hydrogen energy storage integrated soft open points(HSOPs)is proposed.A low-carbon operation optimization model of flexible distribution networks with HSOPs considering source-load matching is established,in which the converter losses of HSOPs and energy losses of the hydrogen energy storage system are taken into account to characterize the temporal operation characteristics of HSOPs in detail.A rolling optimi-zation method based on bi-level model predictive control is employed to solve the established model,so that a real-time updated long-short cycle coordinated optimization strategy for flexible distribution networks is obtained.The effective-ness of the proposed method is validated on a modified IEEE 33-node test example,and results demonstrate that this method can effectively improve the long-term source-load matching of flexible distribution networks under scenarios with uncertain sources and loads,enhance the local consumption of photovoltaic power and reduce the carbon emissions from distribution networks.
