面向随机潮流计算的改进自适应稀疏伪谱逼近新方法OA

针对潮流计算是描述新型电力系统状态不确定性的有效工具,迄今随机潮流计算方法存在着计算速率与精度的矛盾问题,本文提出基于改进自适应稀疏伪谱逼近新方法(improved new adaptive sparse pseudo-spectral approximation method,INA-SPAM)的随机潮流计算方法.首先,提出基于指标集截断的改进自适应稀疏伪谱逼近新方法,通过引入指标集扩展 q 范数约束,避免对于高阶耦合项的扩展,增加对逼近误差降低贡献度高且计算量小的指标扩展计算,牺牲较小的计算精度,换取计算速率的显著提升.进而,将 INA-SPAM 应用于随机潮流计算,构建了基于 INA-SPAM 的随机潮流计算新方法,实现了随机潮流计算在给定精度下计算速率的大幅提升.IEEE-39、IEEE-118 节点系统算例表明,相对于自适应稀疏伪谱逼近新方法(new adaptive sparse pseudo-spectral approximation method,NA-SPAM),所提方法拥有极其接近的计算精度,计算时间分别只是 NA-SPAM 的 1/3 及1/100,充分证明了所提模型及方法的有效性和正确性,具有工程实际系统应用的潜力.

In view of the fact that the power flow calculation is an effective tool to describe the state uncertainty of new power systems and there is a contradiction between computation speed and accuracy in the existing stochastic power flow calculation methods,a stochastic power flow calculation method based on an improved new adaptive sparse pseudo-spectral approximation method(INA-SPAM)is proposed in this paper.First,the INA-SPAM based on index set trunca-tion is put forward,which avoids the expansion of high-order coupling terms by introducing an index set expansion q-norm constraint.In addition,the index expansion calculation with a high contribution to approximation error reduction and a small computational volume is added,so as to sacrifice the small calculation accuracy in exchange for a signifi-cant improvement in the calculation speed.Furthermore,INA-SPAM is applied to the stochastic power flow calcula-tion,and a new method of stochastic power flow calculation based on INA-SPAM is constructed,which greatly im-proves the calculation speed of random power flow calculation at given accuracy.The results of examples of IEEE 39-node and 118-node systems show that compared with the new adaptive sparse pseudo-spectral approximation method(NA-SPAM),the proposed method has extremely close calculation accuracy,but its calculation time is only 1/3 and 1/100 of those of NA-SPAM,respectively.Therefore,the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed model and method are fully proved,indicating their potential for applications in practical engineering systems.
