淡水湖沼相烃源岩中C31-51长链苯并藿烷系列及相关标志物的分布、组成与成因OA
Study on distributions,compositions and origins of C31-51 extended benzohopanes and the related biomarkers in fresh lacustrine-swamp source rocks
借助于气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)和色谱-质谱-质谱(GC-MS-MS)分析手段,对柴达木盆地北缘鱼卡地区鱼25井中侏罗统烃源岩饱和烃馏分和脱沥青质组分进行了系统分析.在淡水湖沼相烃源岩中检测到17α(H),21β(H)-长链藿烷系列(C31H~C51H)、C-20环化形成的长链苯并藿烷系列(C32BH~C51BH)、C-16环化形成的苯并藿烷系列(C31bH~C35bH)和C34~C35 异构藿烷及相应异构苯并藿烷,并确定了它们的相对保留位置.对比发现,淡水湖沼相烃源岩中C31bH~C35bH的含量低于C32BH~C35BH,而煤系烃源岩中其相对含量又明显高于湖相泥岩,由此表明偏氧化的沼泽环境较偏还原的湖相环境有利于C31bH~C35bH 的形成.煤系烃源岩中C32BH~C51BH系列分布完整,但对应的升藿烷系列的碳数明显偏短,其最高碳数仅为C36 或C37,而暗色泥岩中这两类标志物分布完整,碳数均达C51.计算结果显示,尽管淡水湖沼相烃源岩中长链苯并藿烷系列的相对含量高于长链藿烷系列,但煤系烃源岩中C32BH~C51BH系列较湖相泥岩更加丰富,其苯并藿烷与相应碳数升藿烷的比值远高于暗色泥岩,表明沼泽环境较湖相环境更有利于长链苯并藿烷系列的形成.值得注意的是,湖相泥岩和煤系烃源岩中均可检测到C34、C35 异构藿烷和异构苯并藿烷,但在相对含量上呈现湖相泥岩中异构藿烷偏高,而煤系烃源岩中异构苯并藿烷偏高的现象,显示沼泽环境有利于异构苯并藿烷的形成,但C34~C35 异构藿烷和异构苯并藿烷并不是一类专属于煤岩的生物标志物,使用时需谨慎.
The saturated fractions and the bitumen removed asphaltene in the extracts of the middle Jurassic source rocks deposited under fresh water lacustrine-swamp environment from the well Yu 25 in the Yuka area of the northern Qaidam basin were systematically analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-mass spectrometry(GC-MS-MS),the distributions and compositions of various benzohopanoids and the related biomarkers were compared in the different source rocks,and their possible origins would be discussed.The analytical results reveal that C31-51 17α(H),21β(H)-extended hopane series(C31H-C51H),C32-51 extended benzohopane series cyclized at the C-20 position(C32BH-C51BH),C31-35 benzohopane series cyclized at the C-16 position(C31bH-C35bH),C34 and C35 isohopanes(iC34H,iC35H)and isobenzohopanes(iC34BH,iC35BH)were detected in the extracts of those source rocks,and their relative retention positions were determined based on the previous literatures.It is found that the contents of C31bH-C35bH are generally less than that of C32BH-C35BH in the studied source rocks,but C31bH-C35bH in the coal and carbonaceous mudstone are much more than in the dark mudstone,suggesting that C31bH-C35bH in the relatively oxic swamp environment are relatively easy to be generated than in the relatively reduced lacustrine environment.Moreover,C32-51BH extended benzohopanes are complete in the coal and carbonaceous mudstone,but the extended hopanes are only up to C36 or C37.However,in the dark mudstones,the extended benzohopanes and extended hopanes are complete and up to C51.The analytical results show that the extended benzohopanes are more abundant than the extended hopanes in the studied source rocks,but in the coal and carbonaceous mudstone their contents are much more than that in the dark mudstones,because they have much higher ratios of benzohopane to hopane compared with the dark mudstones,suggesting that the relatively oxic swamp environment is more suitable for formation of extended benzohoanes than the relatively reduced lacustrine environment.It is noted that iC34H,iC35H and iC34BH,iC35BH are detected in all the studied source rocks,but in the dark mudstones,iC34H and iC35H are relatively abundant,and iC34BH and iC35BH are relatively abundant in the coal and carbonaceous mudstone,suggesting that swamp environment are suitable for formation of isobenzohopanes.Therefore,C34,C35 isohopanes and isobenzohopanes are not a kind of exclusive biomarkers to coal,and should be carefully used.
