铁路集装箱客运化组织对提高我国铁路集装箱运输效率具有重要意义,有利于增强铁路在高附加值货物运输市场的竞争力.在该模式下,运力管理与市场化定价是班列收益管理的核心问题.将铁路集装箱运输客户划分为合同市场的协议客户与自由市场的零散客户,铁路运输企业需决策一定周期内班列面向协议客户的箱位预留数量、面向零散客户的箱位预售数量及运价.运价影响运输需求,而需求又影响班列开行方案制定,进而决定用于箱位分配的运力.在多因素相互作用下,以集装箱班列运输期望利润最大化为目标,以协议客户随机运输需求满足机会约束、零散客户弹性运输需求遵循Logit离散选择模型、零散客户运价高于协议客户运价、班列运输能力限制等为约束条件,构建了随机混合整数非线性规划模型以协同优化班列箱位分配与定价.针对模型中的机会约束、非线性约束、双线性项,分别利用随机变量分布函数逆变换、增量分段线性近似、分片McCormick包络法进行模型转化,转化后模型调用Gurobi求解器高效求解.以广州至北京运输线路为背景进行算例分析,在不同情景下进行对比实验,结果表明所提方法具有良好求解效率,箱位分配优化有助于降低货物积压,市场化定价有利于提升铁路货运竞争力,二者协同优化有助于提升铁路集装箱运输企业盈利能力、实现运力和需求平衡,并有效促进货流"公转铁".

Rail container passenger-like transportation is significant for improving the efficiency of rail container transportation in China and enhancing the competitiveness of rail in high-value-added freight markets.Under this mode,capacity management and market-oriented pricing are the core issues of train revenue management.Rail container customers were divided into contract shippers in the contract market and spot shippers in the free market.Within a given planning period,rail freight operators need to decide the number of slots reserved for contract shippers,the number of slots sold to spot shippers,and the corresponding freight rates for spot shippers.Freight rates influence transportation demand,while demand in turn affects the formulation of train service plans,thereby determining the capacity available for slot allocation.Under the interaction of multiple factors,the expected profit of container train transportation was maximized by formulating a stochastic mixed-integer nonlinear programming model that jointly optimizes slot allocation and pricing.The constraints included the stochastic demand of contract shippers meets the chance constraint,the elastic demand of spot shippers meets Logit discrete choices.The freight rates for spot shippers were higher than those for contract shippers,and the rail container transportation capacity restrictions,etc.To handle the chance constraints,nonlinear constraints,and bilinear terms in the model,the inverse distribution function of random variables,incremental piecewise linear approximation,and piecewise McCormick envelope method were respectively used for model transformation.The transformed model was efficiently solved by calling the Gurobi solver.Taking the Guangzhou-Beijing transportation corridor as the background,numerical experiments under different scenarios were conducted.The results show that the proposed method has good solving efficiency.The slot allocation optimization can help reduce cargo backlog.The market-oriented pricing is beneficial for enhancing the competitiveness of rail freight,and the joint optimization of both contributes to improving the profitability of rail container transportation enterprises,achieving a balance between capacity and demand,and effectively promoting the modal shift of freight from road to rail.
