儿童牙科恐惧症影响因素与临床行为管理重庆专家共识OA

Pediatric dental phobia is a common challenge in dental treatment,characterized by intense,unreasonable and persistent fear and anxiety towards the dental environment,procedures and related stimuli,which significantly affects the cooperation of children and their oral health.To standardize the clinical behav-ioral management of this condition,this consensus was drafted under the guidance of the Preventive and Pedi-atric Dentistry Professional Committee of the Chongqing Dental Medical Association.It emphasizes the core principle of"maximizing the interests of children",systematically analyzed the influencing factors of pediatric dental phobia,and comprehensively proposed strategies for non-pharmacological behavioral management,es-tablishment of the visiting environment and application of pharmacological sedation techniques,aiming to es-tablish a systematic,individualized and stepwise treatment framework.This consensus provides guidance for pediatric dentists on the clinical behavioral management of pediatric dental phobia,with the aim of safely and effectively helping children with dental phobia complete treatment and improving their long-term oral health outcomes and quality of life.
