向挖隧弃岩中复掺外加剂配制混凝土的抗渗抗冻性能OA
Admixtures into Waste Rock from Tunnel Excavation to Enhance the Impermeability and Frost Resistance of Concrete
隧道开挖弃岩破碎过程中会产生微小裂缝,导致利用这种弃岩配制的混凝土内部存在较多孔隙,影响其抗渗抗冻性能.为了提高弃岩制混凝土的抗渗抗冻性能,本研究提出了复掺少量外加剂改善这种混凝土孔结构的措施.通过抗水渗透实验分析了不同外加剂添加量的弃岩制混凝土平均渗水高度与相对渗透系数的变化规律,基于冻融循环实验分析了弃岩制混凝土的相对动弹性模量、质量、抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度损失率的变化规律,并阐明了复掺外加剂改善混凝土抗渗抗冻性能的作用机理.结果表明:弃岩制混凝土的抗渗抗冻性能与复掺外加剂掺量呈正相关;混凝土的水痕高度均值和相对渗透系数随着复掺外加剂掺量的增加而逐渐降低,掺量在1.6%~2.4%范围时上述两参数降幅基本相等;此时混凝土的抗渗性能达到最佳状态并满足相关规范要求.分析认为,复掺外加剂掺量为1.6%时,混凝土在225次冻融循环后达到实验终止条件,抗冻等级达到F200,相对动弹性模量、质量、强度损失率均较低,满足设计要求;复掺外加剂促进了水泥水化反应,生成了大量不溶于水的沉淀物,改善了混凝土的孔结构,提高了基体密实度,从而实现了弃岩制混凝土抗渗与抗冻性能的协同提升.
Tunnel excavation rock slag often develops micro-cracks during crushing,leading to increased porosity in the resulting concrete and compromising its durability.To address this issue,this study proposes incorporating compound admixtures to refine the pore structure and enhance both the impermeability and frost resistance of waste slag concrete.Water penetration tests were conducted to evaluate the average seepage height and relative permeability coefficient across different admixture dosages.Freeze-thaw cycling tests were employed to investigate the degradation patterns of relative dynamic elastic modulus,mass loss,compressive strength,and splitting tensile strength.The mechanisms by which compound admixtures improved concrete durability were also elucidated.The results indicate a positive correlation between admixture content and both impermeability and frost resistance.Specifically,the average seepage height and relative permeability coefficient decrease steadily with increasing admixture dosage,with the most significant improvements observed within the range from 1.6%to 2.4%,where impermeability reaches an optimum and complies with relevant standards.At a dosage of 1.6%,the concrete withstands 225 freeze-thaw cycles before failure,achieving an F200 frost resistance grade while maintaining low losses in dynamic elastic modulus,mass,and strength.Microstructural analysis reveals that the compound admixture promotes cement hydration,generating abundant insoluble hydrates that fill pores,optimize pore structure,and enhance the matrix compactness.This mechanism underpins the synergistic improvement in both impermeability and frost resistance of tunnel waste slag concrete.
